We are a growing private practice offering evaluation and treatment to toddlers, school-aged children and adolescents. The SLP will be expected to provide skilled intervention and parent training, while allowing for creativity and flexibility within the sessions. Speech Therapy Plus LLC focuses on building relationships with families to help children succeed across different environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat clients with a variety of communication disorders.
  • Develop treatment plans, determining long and short-term goals, and methods to achieve success for clients with a variety of communication disorders.
  • Complete daily treatment notes, maintain or records (e.g. progress reports, plan of care etc.).
  • Collaborate with a variety of groups and/or individuals (e.g. parents, teachers, physicians, administration, other professionals, etc.) for the purpose of communicating information, resolving issues and providing services in compliance with established guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain re-assessments of client’s services as deemed necessary by facility and/or client’s insurance carrier.
  • Complete client and parental/caregiver education as well as provide home exercise programs when appropriate. Maintain a friendly and supportive rapport with clients, parents/caregiver, and facility co-workers
Pediatric experience is required.

Speech Therapy Plus is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a therapeutic team. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating children. We are seeking an experienced clinician to work approximately 15-20 hours per week at a private outpatient clinic. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating pediatric clients, collaborating with families and team members, and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to each child’s developmental needs. The role requires after-school hours and/or weekend availability.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates comprehensive evaluation skills and interventions. This includes evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and modification of plan of care as appropriate.
  • Maintains and completes evaluations, patient records, reports and all written documentation effectively and in a timely manner, in accordance with regulatory and department guidelines.
  • Maintain friendly, cordial relationships with all clients and employees.
  • Effectively communicates with patient and/or family/significant other in providing education and literature in accordance with the patient’s age, physical condition and cultural needs.
  • Adheres to organizational policy with particular attention to standards of conduct and to confidentiality as it relates to HIPAA.
  • Develop treatment plans by identifying need, determining long and short-term goals, and methods to achieve success.

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will work with children of all ages, from infants to adolescents, helping them develop and improve their gross motor skills, strength, balance, and mobility. You will collaborate closely with families, educators, and other therapists to provide comprehensive care tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance motor development and functional movement.
  • Provide direct therapy services for children with developmental delays, neuromuscular conditions, orthopedic concerns, and other physical challenges.

STP Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our adult outpatient clinic team, specializing in serving young adults with developmental disabilities and our outpatient clinic. Our outpatient clinic focuses on adult patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative procedures, repetitive strain, and other upper extremity impairments.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans tailored to adult clients with developmental and cognitive disabilities.
  • Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), including hygiene, meal prep, dressing, money management, and community integration.
  • Implement therapeutic activities to improve fine motor coordination, executive functioning, sensory processing, and self-regulation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including SLPs, PTs, case managers, and, Support patients in managing chronic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and recovery from neurological events such as stroke or brain injury.
  • Incorporate evidence-based techniques such as hand therapy, cognitive retraining, fall prevention, and adaptive equipment training.
  • Perform detailed evaluations of upper extremity injuries, including hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, fine motor control, and pain management.
  • Provide therapy for conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, fractures, arthritis, and nerve injuries.
  • Fabricate and fit custom orthotics and splints as needed.
